Toronto-based CSI Electronics Processing Centre Ltd. (“CSI EPC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSI Leasing Canada Ltd. (“CSI Canada”), announced that its Oakville facility has officially achieved R2v3 (Responsible Recycling) certification from Amtivo, reinforcing the company’s commitment to responsible electronics reuse and recycling.

The R2v3 standard, developed by SERI, is a globally recognized certification for the electronics recycling industry. It ensures that organizations comply with environmental, health, safety, and data security practices throughout the lifecycle of electronic assets.

With this achievement, CSI EPC now has two R2v3-certified facilities in Canada – Vancouver and Oakville – marking a significant milestone in the company’s initiative to certify all of its Canadian locations.

Achieving R2v3 certification requires a comprehensive, organization-wide commitment to operational excellence. CSI EPC recognizes the collective effort behind this achievement, with special acknowledgment to Daniel Penn for leading the compliance and certification implementation nationally with assistance from the client services team. Recognition also goes to Ana Rodrigues, Evan Zuk, Tony Pitsos and their respective teams for regional implementation and record retention efforts. CSI EPC extends its appreciation to its UK and U.S. colleagues, Chris Hodgkins, Joseph Olajide and Cody Luzynski, for their expertise, guidance and support as part of the internal certification team.

This certification affirms CSI EPC’s continued investment in data security and operational quality, ensuring customers receive industry-leading ITAD services that meet the highest global standards.

CSI EPC is a sister company of EPC Global Solutions (EPC), a leader in global ITAD services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSI Leasing, Inc.
